Had a lovely morning visiting this lovely vineyard. Molly was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about wines and wine tasting. The wines are lush!

An excellent day out for a stellar price! The tour flows really well, much like the wine in the tasting session! You’ll learn a lot, the owners are lovely, personable, and very knowledgeable about their craft, and if you’re like us, have a great time!

Spent a lovely lunchtime wine tasting with Caroline & Ben! It is down a little winding road and it is absolutely a hidden gem. A super knowledgeable couple who have a passion for producing tasty wines. The tour walks you through the process from start to finish, with Caroline taking you out to the fields and Ben walking you through their wonderful wines. Of course, our group ended up taking multiple bottles home with us! I would definitely return for another bottle or two if I am ever in the area again, or order from their website. Thank you both for a wonderful time!

Spent the weekend here in one of their holiday cottages for a wedding nearby. We didn't get a chance to attend a tour, but we did wander up to the shop and which was open, allowing us to taste the wine and hear about the history of the vineyard. Of course we can away with a bottle! The location is really just superb, with some idyllic walks. The cottages are well worth staying at. They were very clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay and more.

Swanaford produce an absolutely delicious sparkling wine; a bottle we were able to share with friends in summer. We all loved it. It was the perfect wine to enjoy with others. The vineyard is an asset to the Teign Valley and I look forward to seeing Swanaford continue to develop successfully over the coming years.

We had a great couple of hours on the wine tour. Caroline and Ben were great hosts. Luckily for us, this was their last Sunday of tours until next year. It was such a lovely sunny day, so could not have wished for better weather. The wine tasting gave us opportunity to try 4 different wines as well as a local gin. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Swanaford Vineyards are a wonderful establishment. We chanced upon the vineyard whilst staying locally, and had the pleasure of chatting to the owners during one of their Pizza and Fizz evenings. They’ve put in a great deal of evidently high quality work into their vineyard and they have a lot to be proud of. Their vine groves are beautiful and are producing a genuinely delicious set of wines. We were treated to a mix of, I think, Swanaford’s 2018 gold and rose sparkling wines, which were wholly impressive. Though the heavens were opening during our visit, we nonetheless found the acres of vine groves, lined with blackberry bushes, an achingly wonderful place to ramble through with a glass of fizz in hand.

Glorious tour around the vineyard with knowledgeable and welcoming owners Caroline and Ben. We were all fascinated to hear about their journey to creating their gorgeous wines whilst soaking in the stunning teign valley scenery. What an idyllic spot to enjoy a sip or two during the guided wine tasting and of course we couldn’t resist bringing home a couple of bottles to carry on the tasting at home! A relaxed, interesting and very Devon experience 🥂
